Mostly people lost control of themselves. They get irritated soon. Even most of them do something drastic while lose their temper. 

We generally found, After the temper is over, they don't remember that what they perform during anger?

1. Suddenly you lose your temper, Do one thing drink one glass water(normal temperature). If you need you can drink one more. 

2. Just leave that place, if a group of persons or their talks make you angry.

3. Makes you busier or performing some other work.

4. At the job place while you are losing your temper, just take a long breath  You can do it 5 to 10 times.

5. Close your eyes or think about your best moments.
