When people complain that I do daily exercise at home, but I don't found it useful. So I leave to do the exercise. They said to others during discussions that there is no benefit of exercise due to their experience.
But Is it really true?

First of all, we need to understand that doing exercise doesn't mean that to lose weight. Exercises help us to balance our nutrients, blood circulation, body weight, immunity, and many more.
A fat person can be healthy and a thin person can be unhealthy. So if you do regular exercise, it will make you fit not only externally as well as internally.
Now, let's understand after doing regular exercise for 2 to 3 hours, why we don't get good results? Whereas, some people do exercise for a half-hour. Then they get good results in a few days. How it can be possible?

Definitely
We are doing regular exercises. But we avoid a few things that finish the output of regular exercise.
Here are a few things that you should keep in mind at the time of doing exercise at home:
1. Make a Schedule:
Always do exercise at the same time. It doesn't mean the first day you do exercise at 4am. The next day 5am then 5:20am. Fix a time of exercise. It doesn't matter it's in the early morning or at 8am.
2. Prefer Natural Air:
Always do exercise in the open air. Whether on t or in a garden. In the case of an emergency or you live at the place where there is no garden or you can't move upstairs. Then you can do exercise in the hall or room, but always open windows for ventilation especially while doing exercise.
