How to be a good friend of kids?

Now a days, It is a genuine problem of all the parents as well as kids that both are not giving time to each other due to busy working schedule. Children always complaint that their parents don't give time to them and Parents reply that we are doing jobs just for you. If we don't earn money then how can you get the things of your choice. But for kids all these replies are excuses.

                               On the second side, when parents ask children to sit with them and spend sometime. Then children reply that its boring instead of it they love  to play or watching t.v. etc. alone. 

Most of the time kids are busy in mobile phones, computer and different electronic gadgets.
