What is happiness?

How can I get all the happiness of the world?

  • What should I do to become happy?
  • Does anyone have the answer to all the above questions?
  • Does anyone define the boundaries of happiness?

Tell me. If I am happy, so it means that you are also happy?

Of course, Not.


Because No one's happiness links to happiness to other ones.



Let's do an activity to check whether you are happy or not?
Just do self-realization of following statements and evaluate that if these statements are true for you, then how much you are happy or for what extend and how long these statements help to become happy?

* You are beautiful.
* You have a lot of money.
* You are young.
* You are intelligent.
* You get a good job.
* Today is your birthday.
* I win a lottery.
* I qualify for an exam.

Many more these kinds of statements that we listen to or realize for ourselves daily.

So, are you happy now?

Why are you not happy now?

Do you really want to become happy?
First of all, you have to understand the meaning of happiness.

Happiness doesn't mean to gain or achieve something. Happiness is not based on any criteria. 

It is just self-satisfactionIf we are satisfied with ourselves and our achievements, then we are happy.

Can we satisfied with ourselves easily? or we have to do something special?

The word Satisfaction is so easy to say. But it is so deep. It's not as easy as we think to be satisfied. In our wordings and phrases, we usually talk about it and it is much easier to say anyone else that you have to be satisfied. 

But, when we talk about ourselves. So, we are not want to satisfied with the things that we have or get.

To understand it in an easier way, let's read some statements:
* People say I am not beautiful, But I am unique from them.
* I don't have much money, But I have faith in myself that one day I fulfill my targets.
* I don't qualify the exam, But I will do more hard work and get the success soon.
* I don't have a higher salary, But my salary is enough to fulfill my requirements.

Many more.......

When we satisfied with the things that we have. It means we are happy. 

A person who is dissatisfied with his life or his achievements, can't be happy even he get all the happiness of the world.

A poor man can be happy about his whole life, Although he has very few things to spend his life. But, a rich man who has all the things to leisure can be unhappy.

Here, money doesn't matter. The thing that matters, is SATISFACTION.



If you want to be happy then follow these points:

1. Always be happy from that you get/have.
Don't think that others have more than you. Just focus on your achievements and realize or think about those, who even don't have that you get.

2. Never Complain to others about your failure. 
Because no one is not responsible for your failure. You get the success and failure just with your efforts.

3. Do regular practice. 
So that if you lack somewhere, you can improve it and get more self-satisfaction.

4. Don't Blame, Accept the challenges.
Instead of make excuse, accept all the challenges that come in the way of your target/success.

5. Only hear the voice of your heart.
Satisfaction/happiness only comes when you internally agree with something or someone.

6. Do meditation daily.

8. Do Regular Excercise. Because If you are not healthy, then It can be a reason of your unhappiness. An unhealthy mind and body spread negativity.

Short-term happiness can get easily. When it goes, it results in unhappiness for a long time. Instead of it, a life long happiness always keeps you happy internally as well as externally. 

This kind of happiness only you can get when SATISFACTION becomes a part of your life.

Follow all the about 8 points daily in your life. You will get the results very soon. After that, a small to big situations can't be a reason for your unhappiness. It automatically changes into HAPPINESS for the whole life.

Spend Time in Summer Vacations with family

No doubt, we all wants to spend time with our families. But in this busy schedule it is matter of worry for everyone that how to spend a quality of time with family? Even if one or two family members take time off from their busy schedules, Then its difficult for the other family members to join them at the same time due to various reasons. Although children and youngsters are busy in their studies, assignments, projects etc. Yet elders are busy in jobs and businesses. Now the question arise when to spend time with the whole family? The answer in summer vacations. Because there is off in schools and colleges in summer vacations. So the children and parents who have their education related jobs whether schools, colleges, institute, tuition centres etc. they all can easily get the time off from their workplaces. But what for the other professions?
